Taxes and Duties

Product prices and shipping charges displayed on our website do not include any import duties, customs fees, unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority.

We do not collect, control, or determine these charges and therefore cannot provide a guaranteed estimate of the amount that may be payable.

Customs Clearance

Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation required by the shipping carrier or local customs authorities to complete customs clearance.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable duties or taxes, refuses the shipment, or fails to complete the required customs clearance process, the shipment may be delayed, returned to us, abandoned, or disposed of by the carrier or customs authority.

If the shipment is returned to us for any of these reasons, all costs incurred, including return shipping fees, customs charges, handling fees, and other applicable costs, may be deducted from any refund due. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, unpaid duties or taxes, or actions taken by local customs authorities or shipping carriers.
